- This Canadian National flatcar was built in the late 1950’s and is being used to transport a Caboose-shaped house boat. The vessel, named “The Dandy Hobo,” was renovated and is owned by Victoria, B.C. based studio producer and performer, Neil James Cooke-Dallin. His band, Astrocolor, were awarded the Instrumental Artist of the Year award at the 2022 Western Canadian Music Awards for their album Paradise, featuring Cayley Thomas.
