This is actually a collection of eight heavy 11 x 17 inch double sided sheets of paper that contain paint specifications and a list of lettering and numbering used for several classes of diesel locomotives owned by the Union Pacific with diagrams showing the position of lettering on sides and ends. They appear to be reproductions of actual Union Pacific documents. The sheets are folded in half and come in a large envelope.
